HUMASKAN LTD was formed to capitalize on the opportunities for non-invasive medical home testing, which has, following the Covid epidemic, become a dynamic growth area in patient care. The company aims to become a major contributor to providing unique, novel and cutting-edge technologies in non-invasive medical testing and monitoring.
Directors
Jack Kaye
With over 45 years’ business experience, Jack established one of the first mobile phone network resellers in the early eighties, which was eventually sold to Hutchison Whampoa and formed part of what became the Orange mobile phone network in the U.K.
He is a successful serial entrepreneur and has a history of identifying, developing and leading successful businesses, many from a start-up position. He has held, and currently holds, several executive positions, including CEO on the boards of a number of Companies in both Europe and North America.
George Jackson
After an initial career start in Marketing with Mars Ltd, George became Sales Director in 1971, of a London based photography processing business, progressing to MD until the business was sold in 1988.
He then moved into Event Management and acted as a consultant to companies looking to move into the restaurant, events and licensed premises markets, giving him extensive practical knowledge of company acquisition assessments.
A Serial Entrepreneur, he has invested and developed a wide range of businesses from the ground up, including a specialist Photography chain and a number of Restaurants and Event venues. He has provided consultancy services to several start-up businesses and aided in the restructuring of others.
With over 40 years of business experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the management team.
Scientific & Technology Adviser
Dr Marcelo Motta
Dr. Marcelo Motta provides scientific and technology advice, bringing expertise in the broad areas of intellectual property (IP) rights and valuation. Marcelo leads projects involving technology intelligence, open innovation and commercialisation of new technologies. Currently, Marcelo works with clients to secure intellectual property rights from a strategic perspective through his positions at Basck Ltd. (basck.com) and Aalbun (aalbun.com), respectively a boutique and an international IP service provider.
